Our Safeguarding Commitment
At Onside, we believe that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. All staff receive regular safeguarding training and are expected to maintain a child-centred approach in all their work. Every decision we make is guided by the question: “What is in the best interests of the child?”
This commitment aligns with the statutory guidance in Keeping Children Safe in Education (2023) and is embedded across our curriculum, pastoral care, and daily practice.
